Refund and Exchange Policy

1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website. All sales are final.

2. Exchanges: We do offer an exchange policy, under the following conditions: it must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order and the item must be unused, with its original packaging. Kindly note that the shipping fees for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility. 

3. Product Description: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products on our website. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to factors such as screen resolution and individual perception. We encourage you to review the product description thoroughly before making a purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Proof of damage or defect may be required.

5. Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

6. Exceptions: There may be certain circumstances where we will consider refunds or exchanges, such as:

• Errors made by our team in processing your order.
• Products that do not meet the specifications outlined on our website. Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Dione Beirut.

 

Shipping Policy:

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation message via Email and Whatsapp.
• Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an Email.
• Delivery time is usually anywhere between 1-4 days.
